I love the apartment and the community. Everything is close by; I can walk to shop or to restaurants. The staff is warm and friendly and the clubhouse atmosphere is relaxing.

The entire staff makes the residents feel welcome and at home. From the front desk staff to the maintenance crew, this is the best group we have ever encountered in over two decades of renting in both Nevada and Arizona. They really make it feel like Apartment Homes

I put the work order in at 5pm Saturday afternoon, by nine Sunday there was maintenance ready to fix my screen. I think this is the best crew in the nation.

Nice, quiet community, kept clean, plenty of parking, great workout room, plenty of dog-walk areas, very nice pool, clubhouse, and all amenities. Very convenient to area shopping, expressways and main roads, hospital, Casinos, movies, restaurants, etc.

With my first maintenance request the whole experience was great, from the call to front office five minutes there was someone at my door.

The leasing office is amazing! I was able to move into my new home, which I absolutely love, in a short amount of time without having to sacrifice any of the qualities I was looking for (spacious apartment, great appliances, covered parking, full size washer and dryer, quiet area, etc.). Milan Apartment Townhomes has far exceeded my expectations and I am very happy in my new home!

Great place to live. Apartments are a nice size with great floor plans. Location makes it easy to get to many places. The pool and gym are available 24/7 which makes it really convenient depending on your work schedule. I would recommend Milan Apartment Townhomes to all my friends.

My experience has been great. It's very quiet and well taken care of. The staff makes sure you feel welcomed and had everything ready when I moved in. It is such a great location and close to everything I need such as Walmart, Target and great places to eat.

Very good! My wife and I have been very pleased. When we need something done they are right on it.. When were away they made sure everything was in order, and will often phone us with concerns. We are very happy we choose these apartments!

We were planning an out of state move and had done a lot of online research. We chose Milan due to the apartment features (newly renovated with new appliances, washer/dryer and attached garage) and the location which is very convenient to many stores and restaurants.
